Maintenance Programs

Generally, we offer an annual (or initial) maintenance, which is usually followed by either a semi-annual maintenance or three quarterly maintenances (depending on the size and use of your mechanical systems) throughout the year.

Annual Maintenance

This consists of the following: Inspecting and cleaning all moving parts; inspecting the pumps and other related boiler/heating parts, belts; adjusting and lubricating all moving parts; tightening and aligning all bolt up fittings to ensure no leaking pipes; boiler inspection, cleaning and pump maintenance as well as MUA or venting system.

Quarterly or Semi-Annual Maintenance

Includes all of the services performed in the annual maintenance except the dismantling of boilers for cleaning. If any problems or items that require additional attention are discovered during a routine Preventative Maintenance, we would always inform you and present a proposal of the costs, if any, before making any necessary repairs.
